Adult Flexible Weekly Sessions


You can book up to 7 weeks ahead and this is the only way to guarantee a place (you can turn up on the day and we will try to accommodate you in the session if we can).  The easiest way to book is to Click on the buttons below.  You can also book through the court booking section using the Category Option and select Drop In Sessions, this will filter out all the court bookings and you just need to Pick the Date(s) you want to book the sessions.  Further details and help are available by clicking here.   

At Geraldine Mary Harmsworth Park (GMH,  SE1 6ER) £8 / £10.  A flexible class, just book when you want to come.  Limited number of spaces, allocated on a first come first served basis.  You can come along on the day to play provided there are spaces available.  Coach provides balls, rackets can be borrowed if needed.    Intermediate: Aimed at players competing in matches.  Develop your use of spin, power and tactics.

At Burgess Park (SE5 7LA), from 7-10pm drills, fitness work and matchplay.  Men and women welcome, drop in £10/£15 per session.

Womens only session at Burgess Park (SE5 7LA), from 7-8pm.   Each week’s session focuses on a different area of the game to improve your ability with a mixture of skills training from professional coaches and match play with other women at your level.  *Booking is via a separate website ( 

At Burgess Park (SE5 7LA), from 9am to 10:30am to get you confident serving & on your groundstrokes ready to play matches.  £12/£15.


At Burgess Park (SE5 7LA), from 10:30am to noon for players competing in matches. Develop spin, power and tactics.  .  £12/£15.
