TO CANCEL A COURT OR OTHER BOOKING
Log on to your account by clicking on this link:
Then choose the Bookings tab from the left hand menu. You should see all your Upcoming Bookings, press View button for the one you want to cancel. Provided you are cancelling with sufficient notice (24 hours for courts) you will see a Red button "Cancel booking and refund with voucher".
How to use your voucher
After cancelling your booking you will get an email, please check your junk email just in case, which will confirm your refund and provides a voucher code. Keep this email safe until you are ready to use the code.
When you next need to make a booking, select the court(s) you want to book and proceed to the payment page as normal. On the payment page paste the voucher into the box called "voucher code", this is on the left hand size below the total cost. The amount of the voucher will be deducted from the booking.
Never booked with us before? Then just go ahead and make a booking, you will be signed up automatically as you check out (we just need a phone number, email and password).
Just got a Be Active card but don't see your discount? - discounts should be applied automatically, if you have any problems then please go ahead with your booking and drop us an email. We will confirm your membership and credit any overpayment.
Morning and late bookings early bookings are from Monday to Friday 8am to 12 noon and Saturday and Sunday 8am to 9am. Late bookings 9-10pm bookings are only guaranteed with advance booking as we have to set the floodlight timers. Please note pavilion will not be open during these times. Please be considerate to our neighbours.

Frequently Asked Questions
1) All courts are showing as booked or an error message is repeatedly showing.
It could be that they are simply booked out, it is worth checking later in the week as we often get cancellations. Sometimes error messages arise and are then retained. You can try to refresh your browser and / or open a "private tab" in your browser to book as this can help get rid of these types of error.
2) Why do prices change during the day?
We have set up prices to allow for floodlights (extra £2.40 per hour) and for peak hours; peak hours are M-F 7pm onwards and weekends up to 3pm.
