Booking Help

Already booked courts with us before?  Then sign in and choose from the various options to allow you to make new court bookings, review your court bookings, cancel courts, change your password or email details, see your credit and purchase prepay credits (takes two days to process but brilliant for making bookings on your phone without having to enter further payment details).

Never booked with us before? Then just go ahead and make a booking, you will be signed up automatically as you check out (we just need a phone number, email and password).

 

To make a booking 

Step 1 - choose whether you are booking as an Adult, Junior or Concession.  

Step 2 - choose the date and time you would like to play on 

Step 3 - book the time(s) you want to play from the available courts (bookings are in one hour units).

Step 4 - go to Checkout and Pay* (if you have credit the booking goes straight through!)  

 

Just got a Be Active card but don't see your discount? - please go ahead with your booking and drop us an email.  We will confirm your membership and credit any overpayment.

 

Morning bookings Monday to Friday 8am to 12 noon and Saturday and Sunday 8am to 9am.  Contact us to join the booking scheme.

 

9-10pm bookings are only guaranteed with advance booking.  Please be considerate to our neighbours. The Centre building may not be open after 9pm.    

 

Cancel courts with at least 24 hours notice - please log on to your account and go to "Your Bookings" section (see diagram below).  A credit will be applied, please note this is a manual process and takes a few days for us to complete.

Frequently Asked Questions

 

1) All courts are showing as booked.

Please refresh your browser (remember you can book up to 7 days ahead) and make sure that the number of participants is set to 1.

 

2) Why do prices change during the day?

We have set up prices to allow for floodlights (extra £2.40 per hour) and for peak hours.  

 

3) Do I have to do a Pay Pal or card transaction for every single booking?

No, you can put a credit on your account.  This will allow you to make future bookings using this balance.
